Self-aligning roller bearing has two rows of spherical rollers, the outer race is provided with a common concave spherical raceway, while the inner race is provided with two concave spherical raceways that form an angle with the bearing axis. The curvature center of the outer raceway is consistent with the bearing center.
The self-aligning roller bearing is self-adjusted, and it is not affected by non-centering or shaft deformation flexure of shaft and bearing block, so it can compensate the concentricity error caused by these reasons. Except being subject to radial load, this type of bearing can also be subject to bidirectional axial load and their combination load. The load capacity is large, and the bearing is provided with preferable shock resistant capacity. Self-aligning roller bearings are mainly applied on mechanical equipments of steel, mine, paper making, shipping, textile machinery, coal mill and electric power industries. It is one of the bearings most widely used in mechanical industry.
¡¡Product Classification
Self-aligning roller bearings produced by ZWZ are divided into the following types:
1. Cylindrical bore self-aligning roller bearing

Cylindrical Bore Self-aligning Roller Bearing
According to whether the bearing has rib and the difference of holders, cylindrical bore self-aligning roller bearing can be divided into two types, namely CA type and C type. CA type self-aligning roller bearing is provided with two little ribs on the two ends of the inner race, and there is no rib in the middle. Its holder is entity holder of double claw integration structure, and the holder is usually made of copper or carbon steel. This structure is mainly applied on large size and oversize bearings. C type self-aligning roller bearing is not provided with big and small ribs on the inner race. The rollers are "self led", and active middle retainer ring is in the middle. The holder is steel sheet stamping holder. The roller length of the bearing is increased, and the rated load is enhanced, even the bearing is provided with high limit speed and low friction loss.
Conical Bore Self-aligning Roller Bearing
The bearing is provided with characteristics of cylindrical bore self-aligning roller bearing, but its inner bore is conical bore, and the normal conicity is 1:12. Its typel is the bearing basic typel with K behind. But the conicity of 240 and 241 series bearings is 1£º30, their type is the bearing basic typel with K30 behind. Conical bore bearing can be mounted on the conical journal by nut, and it can also be fixed on the cylindrical shaft by adapter sleeve or withdrawal sleeve.
Vibration Sieve Self-aligning Roller Bearing
New type vibration resistance self-aligning roller bearing is a new bearing researched and developed for vibrating machine in particular by ZWZ, and it is also applicable for common machine equipments. The bearing is characterized in high load capacity, shock resistance, vibration resistance, little friction, low temperature rise and long service life.
External dimension of basic typel is adopted. The inner race is provided with fixed middle rib which can be subject to axial force. The holder adopts special structure type, namely inner diameter and outer diameter leading. So the leading clearance and the play amount between the holder and the outer and the inner race are controlled, and vibration is prevented and reduced.

Split Self-aligning Roller Bearing
This type of bearing is applied on unaccessible places or in situations where non-separated bearing is used. It can also be applied in situation where a lot of time and manpower are spent to maintain or replace and expensive outage cost is caused. For example, the bearing are applied on bent axis and major axis.
ZWZ can offer split self-aligning roller bearing of different designs according to user¡¯s requirements. In order to satisfy mounting requirement, this type of bearing usually adopts split inner race and outer race. The wide inner race is provided with clamp rings which can act a good part in suit and cooperating.

¡¡Tolerance
ZWZ self-aligning roller bearing product precision has P0 and P6 grade. If user has special requirement, P5 grade products will be manufactured. The tolerances accords with GB307.1.
¡¡Radial Windage
ZWZ self-aligning roller bearing has internal clearances of C2, standard (CN), C3, C4 and C5 grade, they all accord with GB4604. Conical bore self-aligning roller bearing make C3 clearance as standard windage. Its value is suitable for bearing that is not mounted or without load.
Bearings whose clearance is greater or less than standard value of windage can be produced according to user¡¯s requirement. Vibration sieve self-aligning roller bearing is characterized in C4 group windage.
¡¡Holder
For CA type self-aligning roller bearing, the holder usually adopts entity holder such as brass, bronze or steel holder. For C type self-aligning roller bearing, the holder usually adopts steel sheet stamping holder. If bearings of non-standard holder are required, you can contact ZWZ in advance.
