Four-point Contact Ball Bearings Feature

Four-point contact ball bearing is a type of single-row angular contact bearing, and it belongs to separable bearings. The steel balls contact the four points of ferrule, with a contact angle of 35°. The four-point contact ball bearing can be subject to radial load and axial load in any direction or radial and axial combination load. Double-sided axial displacement of shaft or housing is limited in axial windage range of bearing by this type of bearing. Compared with other ball bearings, when axial windages are the same, the axial windage of this type of bearing is smaller, the load capacity is larger, and the limit speed is higher.

This type of bearing is mainly used to be subject to axial load. It is used as thrust bearing with definite axial windage and mounted in bearing box in many occasions. Except normal four-point contact ball bearing, there is also a type of four-point contact ball bearing whose suffix has N2. Two locating slots are positioned on the outer race end of this type of four-point contact ball bearing to facilitate locating and prevent the outer race rotating.

The original code is 86000. The contact angle of this type of bearing is 45°, and is 26°, 32° and 40° in special circumstances. The bearing is used to be subject to major radial load, axial load and radial and axial combination load, and is mainly applied on components to limit the double-sided axial displacement of shaft or housing. It is provided with high limit speed.

Double-roller Outer Race Matches Inner Race with Two Single Rows 0000£¨¦Á=30°£©and 0000A Type

The original code is 56000. The contact angle of this type of bearing is 30°, and is 26° and 35° in special circumstances. The structure is similar to paired angular contact ball bearings matched by two back to back bearings, and the width is less than paired bearings. The bearing can be subject to major radial and axial combination load and axial load in any direction. It can also be subject to major overturning moment. Providing with high limit speed, it is mainly applied on components to limit the double-sided axial displacement of shaft or housing. There is usually a filling slot on one end. The holder is generally brass holder, when the suffix code includes TN, the holder is nylon holder, and there is no filling slot on the ferrule. The bearing can be subject to equal bidirectional axial load.

Tolerance

ZWZ produces standard series single-row angular contact ball bearings according to P0 grade tolerance, and provides products above P6 grade to match single bearing grade of tolerance. For bearing of ¦Á=15° and ¦Á=25°, the supply is offered above 5 grade tolerance; for bearings of ¦Á=40°, the supply is offered above 6 grade tolerance. Corresponding products of special grade of tolerance such as 4A and 2A will be offered according to user¡¯s requirement.

Holder

Stamping holder, brass entity holder and nylon holder are usually applied on holder, and the material is respectively steel sheet, brass and syntheticresin etc.

Four-point contact ball bearing adopts brass entity holder, and postposition code of the holder is not marked.
For single-row and matched angular contact bearings and their variant structure: when bearing outer diameter D¡Ü250mm, contact angle ¦Á=15° or 25°, phenol laminate hose entity holder should be adopted; ¦Á=40°, steel sheet stamping holder should be adopted; all the holder postposition codes are not marked. When bearing outer diameter D>250mm, brass or duralumin entity holder should be adopted;

P5, P4 and P2 grade bearings adopt phenol laminate hose entity holder; angular contact ball bearing whose fore shaft is on the inner race and its variant structure adopt phenol laminate hose entity holder; all the holder postposition codes are not marked.
For double-row angular contact ball bearing, steel sheet (belt) stamping holder is adopted, and holder postposition code is not marked.

Bearings with nylon holder can operate at a maximum temperature of +120¡æ. Brass entity holder is considerable for bearing continuously operating in high temperature or bad condition. You can contact ZWZ in advance if bearings with non-standard holder are required.
