Special spray technology is adopted on electrical insulating bearing produced by ZWZ. The film combines tightly with the basal body, and the bearing is provided with good insulating property. The electrical erosion to the bearing caused by induced current is avoided, the damage to grease lubricant, roller body and raceway caused by current is prevented, and the service life is enhanced. The bearing is applicable for motor, generator, and it is suitable for variable-frequency motor in particular.

ZWZ electrical insulating bearing adopts GB307.1 standard tolerance, and corresponding tolerance grade can be offered for special requirements.

According to series and dimension differences, the following holders are mounted on ZWZ electrical insulating bearing:
1. Intensified nylon 66 holder
2. Stamping steel sheet holder
3. Sweeping entity copper holder
The holder code can be marked according to standard deep groove ball bearing, cylindrical roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing.
ˇˇRadial Windage
ZWZ electrical insulating deep groove ball bearing and cylindrical bearing adopt plain grade radial inner windage in GB4604. If other windage is required, electrical insulating bearing of corresponding windage can be offered according to requirements.
