Deep groove ball bearing comprises four basic components, they are respectively an inner raceway (inner race), an outer raceway (outer race), steel balls and a holder. Under normal operating conditions, the inner raceway, the outer raceway and the steel balls are subject to load, and the holder plays a role of separating and keeping the steel balls stable.
Single-row centripetal deep groove ball bearing is characterized in simple structure and convenient usage, and the inner and outer races are not separated. It can be applied on the transmission shaft of precision meter, quiet motor, car, motorcycle, woodworker and textile machinery. It can also be applied on mining machine, electromechanical device, plastics machinery, office device, medical appliance, body-building, national defense, aviation, space flight, sports goods and common machine etc. It is one of the bearings most widely used in machinery industry.
The deep groove ball bearing is mainly used to be subject to radial load, but it can also be subject to given axial load. When the bearing radial windage is increased, the deep groove ball bearing is provided with characteristics of radial-thrust bearing, and can be subject to larger axial load. These bearings can limit axial moving to two directions. The inner race and the outer race are allowed to relatively incline 8¡¯ to 16¡¯ according to the size of the windage.
Product Classification
Deep groove ball bearings produced by ZWZ at present can be divided into the following structure types:
1. single-row deep groove ball bearing
2. single-row deep groove ball bearing with dust cover
3. single-row deep groove ball bearing with dust cover and gasket
4. single-row deep groove ball bearing with check slot and limit ring on the outer race
Single-row deep groove ball bearing
This type of bearing is generally adopted in components without special requirement on mounting, sealing and mating.
Single-row deep groove ball bearing with dust cover
This type of bearing can be used when it is difficult to lubricate or to examine lubricating in special situation. There is clearance between the dust cover and the inner race. Bearing with dust covers on two sides are filled with a definite amount of lubricant when manufacturing. So cleaning and lubricant is not required when mounting. Lubricant is not required within allowed lubricant life when operating.
Single-row deep groove bearing with gasket
The gasket is generally steel skeleton grommet. Compared with deep groove ball bearing with gust cover, the gasket is contact seal. It is provided with good dustproof and waterproof performance, but the fractional resistance is large, and the rotate speed is somewhat limited.
Single-row deep groove bearing with check slot and limit ring on the outer race
The limit race can be used as the axial location, so mounting inside the housing is simplified.

¡¡Tolerance
ZWZ standard type deep groove ball bearings are provided with plain grade, and they all accord with GB307.1.
¡¡Radial Windage
ZWZ standard type deep groove ball bearings are provided with internal clearance of C2,standard£¨CN£©,C3,C4 and C5 grade, and they all accord with GB4604. Please refer to preface table for details of radial windage value, the value applies to bearing not mounted or without load. Bearings whose internal clearance is greater or less than normal value can be produced according to user¡¯s requirement.
¡¡Holder
Deep groove ball bearing generally adopts steel sheet stamping holder or brass entity holder. When the outer diameter is less than 400 millimeters, steel sheet stamping holder is adopted without postposition code. When the outer diameter is greater than 400 millimeters, brass entity holder is adopted without postposition code.
